2006 Illustrative Financial Statements - Diverse Group Limited

NZ IFRS is now very much a reality, with it being set to become the way entities evaluate and report.

This version of Diverse Group Limited's financial statements assumes that the entity is not a first-time adopter of NZ IFRS and therefore reflects the presentations and disclosures that will be made on an ongoing basis under NZ IFRS. However, for your benefit we have included illustrative disclosures for first-time adopters in an appendix to the publication.

You will also be pleased to note that we have included detailed illustrative disclosures in respect of NZIFRS 7 Financial Instruments: Disclosures that is effective from 1 January 2007.
